Bear River First Nation lies adjacent to the village of Bear River. The band has three reserves; Bear River 6 , Bear River 6A, and Bear River 6B. The people's native language is Mi'kmaq. As of August 2021, the Nation had 368 registered members, including 114 residing on their own reserve. |
